[Stronsaylimpet] Plant sale - £1,000

Thanks to everyone who attended the sale yesterday. It was a great 
turnout, plenty of plants were sold and folk enjoyed tea, coffee and 
cake despite the power cut.
I have nearly £1,000 here, for church funds, the proceeds from yesterday 
and the stall at the craft fair.
There are still some plants outside the church hall. Mike will put an 
honesty box there this morning when he goes to the service. I am heading 
to Dounby with a van full of more plants.
Help yourselves and make a donation to church funds. We were selling the 
trays of 9 plants for £3.50 and the individual plants for 50p each. I 
would love them to be all gone by the time I get back on Monday evening.
