[Stronsaylimpet] No gritting on Stronsay's roads!

We're unable to grit roads on Stronsay, Eday and Flotta at the moment 
due to vehicle breakdowns.
We're working to resolve the issues, but it may be a few days before we 
can get back to normal service on these islands.
Please take extra care when you're out and about, especially in icy 
conditions.
