These user surveys are part of the Community Needs Assessment work and 
will help shape future ferry services to and from Orkney and Shetland. 
The surveys ask about your travel patterns, why you travel, and how 
services could be improved.

There are separate surveys for the Aberdeen to Lerwick (via Kirkwall) 
route and the Scrabster to Stromness route, with additional surveys 
available for under-16s.

The surveys close on 9 January 2026.
