[Stronsaylimpet] Openreach R100 full fibre build completed on Stronsay

Openreach have now completed our main build on Stronsay which means 
internet providers are offering full fibre/ultrafast broadband.
The upgrade is not automatic - you will need to place an order with a 
provider of your choice.
Once you place an order, Openreach will schedule an appointment to come 
to your premise and bring the fibre cable direct to your property.
We have additional resource on the island throughout September so if you 
want your install done quicker, please get your order in. They will be 
fulfilling orders every day.
After September we will likely revert back to one day per week when we 
have engineers visit the island.
