[Stronsaylimpet] Loganair - changes

Under changes which will come into effect next year, the first flight of 
the day will now be northbound from Edinburgh to Kirkwall, with the 
plane no longer overnighting in Orkney. This will mean those travelling 
south will have a later arrival time and shorter overall day.   Full
