Parcel returns from Orkney and Shetland: Please note that although 
Streamline arrange the majority of parcel returns to the UK Mainland, 
our depots are not classed by the various couriers as a 'Parcel Shop' 
and therefore when choosing your parcel return method, please ensure you 
request a return label using what most couriers call the 'Print at Home' 
option.
If you don't have a printer, then it's no problem to email the return 
label to your local depot and we'll print it for you. But if you choose 
the Parcel Shop method which only provides you with a QR or barcode, we 
are unable to scan this at the depots and unable to accept your return 
parcel.
Once you have your return label, you can then drop the parcel into your 
local depot, or call us to arrange collection from your address.
