Mainland, our depots are not classed by the various couriers as
a 'Parcel Shop' and therefore when choosing your parcel return
method, please ensure you request a return label using what most
couriers call the 'Print at Home' option.</span></div>

return label to your local depot and we'll print it for you. But
if you choose the Parcel Shop method which only provides you
with a QR or barcode, we are unable to scan this at the depots
