[Stronsaylimpet] Balfour switchboard changes

 From Monday 13th March, The Balfour Switchboard will be introducing a 
new automated calls system. When calling 01856 888000 you will be 
greeted with the below;
“/Thank you for calling NHS Orkney, our general office hours are eight 
thirty AM to five PM. If you know the department, please say it now or 
key in the extension number. Otherwise press 1 to speak to an operator./”
This new system makes getting through to the relevant department much 
more streamlined as you can now dial the extension or say the department 
name to be transferred. There is still the option of speaking to a 
Switchboard Operator for any other transfers and information. If the 
department number or department is not recognised, you will then be 
transferred to Switchboard to speak to an Operator.
Please note any missed calls cannot be traced by the Balfour Switchboard 
as all department calls will always show as our 01856 888000 number.
