We would like to welcome on board as the new General Manager of the 
Stronsay Hotel & Pub, Nicole Ross and wish her all the best in this 
endeavor.
"Me and my partner Norman (site manager of the two salmon farms out here 
in stronsay), ferry hopped over to Stronsay just before lockdown 2020, 
since then we’ve had 2 beautiful children, Geordie 22 months and Maggie 
9 weeks old.
We both have stronsay connections going back generations.
I have over 13 years experience working in the hospitality industry and 
thrive in the hotel environment, so I am really looking forward to 
getting stuck in to this role and working with the community to get the 
hotel and pub back up and running to its full potential"
