A friendly reminder
Living in a small island community means our paths often cross, both at 
work and in everyday life. However, it's important that we keep a clear 
distinction between Development Trust business and personal time.
Our staff are not expected to work or respond to Trust matters outside 
their working hours, and our trustees give their time voluntarily 
alongside their own work, family and personal commitments.
We kindly ask that Trust business, questions or concerns are not brought 
to staff or trustees at their homes or during their personal time.
Instead, please use the Trust's official contact channels so that 
matters can be dealt with appropriately and during working hours. Staff 
can be contacted and can arrange to meet in the office and the office is 
open every Monday 9-1130.
Being part of a small community shouldn't mean being available around 
the clock. We appreciate everyone's understanding and respect for these 
boundaries, allowing our staff and volunteer trustees the same privacy 
and personal time as everyone else.
