New Weight Rack Induction
Thanks to Mick and Craig the new weight rack has been installed in
the HLC. This is a great asset to our island gym.
OIC policy is that anyone using these weights must attend an
induction to comply with health and safety regulations. This
Thursday we will have a weightlifting instructor over to provide
inductions. There will be 3 evening sessions 6pm 7pm and 8pm. Anyone
wishing to use the weights can pop along to any of the 3 sessions.
There is no need to book.
