    An additional week-day passenger service will operate between

    Sanday, Stronsay, Eday and Kirkwall during the annual winter refit

    timetable. <br>

    The MV Nordic Sea will provide the additional foot passenger

    capacity from Monday 6 January 2025 until Friday 7 March 2025,

    subject to weather conditions. Additional sailings will operate from

    Mondays through to Fridays. <br>

    The MV Nordic Sea, which can carry up to 47 passengers, fills a gap

    during periods of refit and adds capacity for services under

    increased demand during the summer months.  <br>

    As the relief boat, the Nordic Sea may be required to cover any

    breakdowns within the fleet. Service provision will therefore be

    subject to availability.  <br>
