Additionally, they will be holding a session to hear your
experiences of accessing health and social care services and working
with them to make decisions on how GIRFE should look, feel and work.
What is GIRFE?
The Scottish Government is working with people in local communities
throughout Scotland to develop a programme called Getting it Right
for Everyone (GIRFE).
GIRFE is a way of working that will put the person at the heart of
every decision about their own health and social care.
GIRFE will make sure that every person in Scotland feels able to
make their own decisions about the support they get at different
stages of their life.
GIRFE will help different parts of the health and social care system
to join up. It will make it easier for people working in health and
social care services to share information and work together.
If you would like to add your voice to this discussion, please come
along to the session being held at 2.30pm at the community hall. or
contact me for more information.
