EGM Update – Trustees Confirmed 📣
Following our Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28 January 2026, the 
Trust is pleased to confirm that all nominees were duly elected as 
additional full Board members.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended the 
meeting and to those who supported the process by submitting proxy votes 
— your engagement and commitment to the Trust are greatly appreciated.
✅ The following individuals were elected as Trustees at the EGM:
• Craig Stout
• Louise McQuaid
• Michael McQuaid
• Molly May Allan
• Viv Erdman
🔷 The following Trustees continue in office and were not subject to 
election at this EGM:
• Andrew Fraser
• Elsie Dennison
• Kevin Kent
• Marion Miller
• Mike Holland
• Jim Seaton (Co-opted Member)
We look forward to working together in support of our community and the 
Trust’s ongoing work.
