We’ve been made aware that some patients may be having difficulty 
getting through to the surgery by phone.  We are working on getting this 
fixes as soon as possible.  In the meantime if you need to contact us 
urgently, please call the Balfour Hospital switchboard, who will page 
the clinician on duty.
