***Stronsay Emergency Resilience Group has been called to address 
current challenges impacting Stronsay. Updates will be provided in due 
course.***
Following work to update the Stronsay Emergency Resilience Plan, the 
Emergency Resilience Group has now been called following feedback and 
current challenges raised in the community.
While we can't help the weather, the group will endeavour to work 
towards ways in which we can alleviate the current challenges around 
fuel, food, other essential supplies and travel impacting Stronsay 
residents.
There are plans for Stronsay Community Council to work with Development 
Trust and Community Association to promote and share the plan, ensuring 
everyone on Stronsay knows that we have contingencies in place and what 
these actions are. We are now following these procedures to support the 
community.
