[Stronsaylimpet] Broadband outage - update Tue 14 Apr

Hi folks - OLECG met again this afternoon as part of our ongoing series 
of meetings on the issues with broadband in the North Isles. The 
following update was received from the BT representative at the meeting
"After assessing the scale of the work required, the repair work is 
expected to complete by 18th April. Weather looks favourable for several 
days now, so we do not expect any further significant weather delays 
although a 24 hour period of flat calm weather is required for the final 
work to be completed"
