👥 Teamwork Tuesday
Meet Neil McLay, our newest member of the Stronsay Development Trust 
team! ♻️ Our Recycling and Sustainability Officer
He’s already hit the ground running with his training and has been busy 
emptying some extremely full cardboard bins at Woods Yard 💪
Neil’s also had the opportunity to meet other folk in our Orkney 
Circular Economy Group online today, sharing ideas and learning from 
across the islands. 🌍
He’ll be exploring new recycling and green options for the Trust as part 
of his role. 🌱
When he’s not working, Neil enjoys walking his dog in all weathers 🌧️, 
watching movies from the 70s and 80s, and has a soft spot for quality 
socks 🧦😄
