*Further Stronsay Heritage Updates.*
Following on from our update from three weeks ago, we wanted to share 
with you all some concept drawings (see attached images, with thanks to 
Jennifer) we’ve developed of the new heritage centre we hope to build in 
Wood’s Yard. These are still very much concepts and will need 
professional evaluation and development to turn them into actual plans, 
but we thought you’d be interested in seeing the kind of place we’re 
hoping will one day become reality for the Stronsay community.
We also hope that you’ll come along to the Christmas Craft Fair at the 
Stronsay Community Centre this coming Saturday (22 November), 1-4 pm, 
where the Heritage Society and the Stronsay Development Trust will be 
sharing more information about the Heritage Centre Project. You’ll be 
given an opportunity to offer your feedback and express your support 
and/or suggestions for the new building. At our stall at the craft fair, 
we’ll also display another group of fascinating artefacts that have been 
donated since the last craft fair at the Massive Weekend in August.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to 
those who have entrusted artefacts into our care so that others can see 
them and better understand Stronsay’s heritage. We’ve also received a 
few more financial donations in these past months, including a further 
£130 from the Ebenezer Stores Porch Fund, for which we are very 
grateful. Every pound given helps
