[Stronsaylimpet] HLC - a polite reminder

Just another polite reminder for all island residents using the Healthy 
Living Centre.

   *     All users must have a membership or pay as they go.
   *     All users must sign in.
   *     The showers are only to used by those using the gym. Public
    showers are available in the Community Hall.
   *     All users must have attended an induction session so the rules
    of the centre and safe use of equipment can be explained.
   *     The internal door code should not be shared with anyone other
    than through the HLC staff.

The HLC on each island works on trust. The external door is not locked 
so as many residents can access the facilities at times that work for 
them. If the above rules are not followed then we will need to start 
locking this door.
