[Stronsaylimpet] HLC - cleanliness

Just a polite request when using the HLC. The centre is not staffed and 
cleaned on a daily basis. Today used nappies and razor blades were found 
in one of the toilet bins. Could patrons please take these items home 
and dispose of them. As we approach summer the centre can get very warm 
and such items will become a health risk.
