🐝 Bumblebee Wildlife Workshop 🐝
Join us for a gentle afternoon walk to learn all about the bumblebees of 
Stronsay!
🕐 When: Wednesday 18th June, 1:00pm – 4:00pm
📍 Where: Starting at the SDT Offices
We'll take a short stroll (approx. half a mile each way) down the track 
towards the burial ground, keeping an eye out for our fuzzy pollinator 
friends. Along the way, we’ll cover how to identify the different 
bumblebee species found on Stronsay and introduce you to the Bumblebee 
Conservation Trust’s BeeWalk survey – a brilliant way to get involved in 
protecting these important insects.
👟 Please wear appropriate footwear for walking on uneven ground.
No experience needed, just curiosity and love for nature! 🌼🐝
✅ Free workshop – for adults only (18+)
🚐 Community transport available
Please note: this workshop is only open to those aged 18 and over, as it 
is funded by the Adult Health & Wellbeing Fund.
