*Tenders invited to rent the field at the Kirk*

The field at the Kirk, approximately 2.68 hectares (6.6 acres) in size, 
is offered for rent from March to December 2025, with an option to rent 
for up to a further 4 years if desired. The field, which is BPS category 
1 and LFASS category D, has no water supply and may be grazed by sheep 
only or cut for silage or hay, with any cutting to be completed by the 
end of August. Any fertiliser applied should be a 20-10-10 compound 
fertiliser or similar.

Please submit offers in writing in a sealed envelope marked Kirk Field 
Tender to Ian Cooper, Steenysheed or email iancooper56 at gmail.com by 5pm 
on Monday 3rd February.
