[Stronsaylimpet] HLC - hall & changing rm lights not working

Folks please note that the hall and changing room lights are not working 
at the HLC. This fault has been reported. Please take care when entering 
the building. In addition could anyone using the wall heater in the 
shower room please turn off after use.
