[Stronsaylimpet] No gritter on Stronsay

Stronsay - I'm afraid we are a gritter down on the island.
We don't have a machine to treat the roads this afternoon or tomorrow 
morning, but are hoping to get a replacement across and will update on 
that as soon as we can.
The Met Office have extended the yellow weather warning for snow and ice 
until the morn at noon, so please drive to the conditions if out and about.
Apologies for the inconvenience folks.
