OIC winter treatment contracts
If you are a contractor or farmer with plant equipment for hire that 
could assist during periods of extreme weather, planned or reactive road 
maintenance works, then the Council is keen to hear from you.
Whilst helping the community in times of need – such as significant 
snowfall – the Council also want to make sure those helping are properly 
recompensed.
