[Stronsaylimpet] Olivebank phone cut off in error by BT!

URGENT OLIVEBANK POST
BT HAVE KINDLY CUT OFF OUR PHONE LINE BY ERROR!!
We are NOT contactable on our usual phone number. We have escalated the 
case but it may take up to the 19th Dec.
Meanwhile please either contact us by coming into the shop or email us 
at m.williamson1 at btconnect.com
We will check emails regularly but it may not be as instant as we will 
be in the shop too.
Please do not rely on contacting any staff or management by messenger as 
we cannot guarantee we’ll either see it or see it on time.
If you do, please contact myself and if you don’t hear back not hear 
back, please try the alternative in person or by email.
We are very sorry for this highly inconvenient and unexpected occurrence 
and hope they can sort it for us ASAP.
