🦀 Wildlife: Rockpool Workshop
🔔 Wednesday 20th August 2025
🕜 1:30pm – 4.30pm
📍 Meet at Stronsay Development Trust Office
Join us for an afternoon of seaside exploring at the Ayre of Myers! 
We’ll be looking for crabs, shrimps, fish, anemones, and any other 
fascinating creatures we can spot in the rock pools.
We’ll have field guides, pots, trays, nets, a hydro scope, and an 
endoscope to help us identify and record our finds – with all records 
sent to the Orkney County Records Office. No expertise required – we’ll 
be learning together! 🐚🦐🐟🌊
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for a short walk down to the 
Ayre and a couple of hours around the pools.
