�� We’re Hiring! �� Part-Time Development Officer Needed!
Do you thrive on making a difference in the community? Love turning 
ideas into action? Do spreadsheets give you a strange sense of joy? 
��Are you a pro at juggling numbers, emails, and maybe the occasional 
cup of tea? ☕️
Then YOU might be the missing piece of the Stronsay Development Trust 
puzzle! ��
We’re looking for a Development Officer to help us keep things running 
smoothly, work with other staff and trustees, manage exciting projects, 
and secure that all-important funding. ��
�� Part-time (up to 20 hours/week)
�� £14.50-£16.50/hour (based on experience)
�� Temporary until March 2025 (but we’re hopeful it’ll be extended!)
�� Location: Stronsay
No magic wand required, but you will need skills in project management, 
managing budgets, admin, and working with awesome community projects! ✨ 
And don’t worry if you’re still learning—if you’re a go-getter with the 
right attitude, we’d love to help you grow into the role! ��
