[Stronsaylimpet] Clifton annexe

There is currently a lack of anywhere open during the day for tea, 
coffee, hot snacks etc. which means that visitors have no where to go to 
warm up or wait for the ferry.
Until this is sorted, Clifton annexe will be open between boat times as 
a 'warm hub'. There are a kettle, microwave and toaster for people to 
use, as well as tea, coffee, milk etc. The heating is on so it will be 
warm and comfortable. There will be an honesty box to cover expenses.
If you see anyone wondering where to go for a warm up, please tell them 
that we are open.
If some clever person could print me a couple of posters for the shops, 
that would be great.
