[Stronsaylimpet] Dial-a-bus usage

Please note that using Dial-a-bus to get from the Kirkwall ferry 
terminal to the Balfour and back is classified as "medical" usage and is 
charged at £5.40 each way which is about what a taxi charges (and no 
annual fee either).
