[Stronsaylimpet] Have you found a metal buoy at Lower Station?

Has anyone has picked up a metal buoy, attached to a piece of rope, with 
a clip on either end.
I left it next to the path at the lower station. It was there yesterday 
morning but was gone this morning.
I use to attach to Isaac's young dog's collar. He doesn't have great 
recall yet, so it let's him have a run but means that I can catch hold 
of him when I need to, and that he can't get under the gate into the field.
I would love to get it back!
