*CONSULTATION – WATER SAFETY QUESTIONNAIRE_

A Safety and Resilience Officer from Orkney Islands Council 
Neighbourhood Services and Infrastructure invites members of Stronsay’s 
local community to participate in a consultation on the development of a 
water safety policy.

You may be aware that Orkney Islands Council, as part of its membership 
within the Partnership Approach to Water Safety (PAWS) Group, is 
carrying out research into activities conducted within Orkney’s waters 
and coastline and what levels of safety equipment, and awareness, 
already exist or could be introduced.

The following link will take you to an online questionnaire, where you 
can provide feedback, and give you the opportunity to share your views 
on water safety within the county.

The questionnaire will only take a few minutes to complete and has a 
deadline of *_11 August 2024._*

If you are unable to use the online form and would like a hard copy of 
the questionnaire, which once completed should be posted to the Safety 
and Resilience Team, OIC, School Place, Kirkwall, KW15 1NY, please
