Job Vacancies
We are currently looking to recruit additional staff to join the team 
here at the Stronsay Hotel.
Hotel Manager
To work with the department supervisors and staff to take forward the 
hotel to achieve and, ideally, exceed targets arising from the core 
objectives e.g. Guest Service, Employee Relations, Quality Delivery, and 
Sales & Revenue. The successful candidate will not be afraid to roll up 
their sleeves and step in to help get the job done where necessary.
Kitchen assistant
To help and support the cook to deliver the menu meals to the required 
standard.
These opportunities will require hard work with possible unsociable 
hours but working in the first of its kind in Orkney will be extremely 
rewarding for the successful candidates.
