[Stronsaylimpet] Bollards replaced at the pier weighbridge

Many thanks to W.R.C. Construction Ltd for removing the old bollards at 
the Stronsay pier weighbridge and replacing these with new ones, as can 
be seen in the attached BEFORE and AFTER photographs.
