[Stronsaylimpet] OIC drop-in for info on short-term let licensing

In a bid to support folk further, we are planning a drop-in information 
day focusing on the short-term lets licensing application process.
It will be held at Customer Services in Kirkwall on Tuesday 30 May 2023.
There will be a member of the Licensing team on hand to answer any 
questions from 9.30am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Please just drop in and see if 
we can help.
