[Stronsaylimpet] Car blocking access to glass recycling skip

They did belong to Jenny Graves but when Cooke took over the site they 
took over the responsibility for the cars. Cooke had no log books for 
the cars and Orkney Aggregates wont take them without a log book or a 
signed form from the new owner. Cooke are dealing with this and once we 
get the documents from Cooke we will be able to take them in for scrapping.
