[Stronsaylimpet] Dead dolphin on St Catherine's bay

To confirm it’s a white-beaked dolphin and I’ve reported it to SMASS 
with all the details. They would like it sampled or PM’d if possible to 
try and find out what happened but we are struggling with logistics.
