NORTH ISLES SPORTS.
A quick note to say we are looking at changing the girls' shot weight 
from 3.25kg to 3kg, to be in line with Scottish Athletics. Hopefully 
everyone is happy with this rule change.
PS Hope you're all well into the swing of training now �� June isn't far 
away ��
