[Stronsaylimpet] Sad news from Shirley

It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of my dear Dad’s 
passing at the age of 87. It is so hard to believe as he has always been 
there throughout my life, in the good times as well as the more 
difficult ones. This photo was taken at the awards ceremony for my 
Queens Nurse Award in London several years ago. We were allowed to take 
1 guest so it had to be my Dad. It was a very special day. And there are 
so many more memories that I will treasure.
Dad, I will hold you close within my heart and there you will remain, to 
walk with me throughout my life until we meet again x x
