[Stronsaylimpet] OIC Update on windy weather

It looks like we're in for some really windy weather from late on 
tomorrow (Tuesday 31 January), through to Wednesday - with forecasts of 
wind gusts of over 70mph in exposed and coastal areas and 50-70mph inland.
We are of course wint with this weather at this time of year, but it's 
worthwhile taking some time to prepare for the disruption that can be 
caused - power cuts being a prime example.
