[Stronsaylimpet] What a brilliant weekend!

Well, well, well, what a brilliant weekend it’s been! I surely can’t be 
the only one struggling to keep their eyes open though?! ����
There are many people to thank that help us bring Stronsays Massive 
Weekend to you and here are just some of them:
- The hall committee, full of a really great bunch of folk who have 
literally put in hours and hours of work voluntarily to help make this 
weekend a success ��
- Raffle donators- we really couldn’t do this weekend without you, it 
makes such a huge difference having each of your support ��️
- All the folk who let us use their feilds ��
- Farmers who let us use their cattle floats (especially when it was 
blowin’ a hoolie ��)
- Volunteers for helping us run quite literally EVERYTHING��
- Stronsay Junior High school for allowing us to use their pitch and 
some of their equipment too⚽️
- Bonnie and Harald for lending us their fantastic BBQ once again��
- The Stromness RBL Pipe Band for coming along and giving us a real show 
(there is just something extra special about having a fantastic pipe 
band on a sunny day!)��
- Everyone who took an instrument along to Fridays Jamming session and 
quite literally played their socks off ��
- The Gablos for a fantastic Saturday night����
- Our first responders for being on call for us the whole weekend��
- The Scottish fire and rescue service for providing us with a really 
insightful VR on road safety over the 2 days��‍����
- Our vintage vehicle owners, you never fail to put on a fantastic 
display for us��
- Maya for judging all of our brilliant float entries ��
- Doris for lending us her super videos of dancing from years gone by ��
- The huge amount of crafters (from near and far!) that showed up and 
gave us the highest quality items!��️
- Everyone who provided us with a service; catering to our food orders, 
inflateable adjustments, drink orders, haulage requests- you name it! 
Nothing ever seems to be a bother! ����
- Cooke Aquaculture for providing us with funding towards our event- it 
is so so appreciated! ��
THANK YOU!
And last but by no means least!! I would like to THANK YOU ALL for 
coming along to our weekend- There’s some of you that have travelled far 
and wide and we really really appreciate the effort put in by you all! 
Thank you for taking part in our stalls, quizzes, floats and sports, 
buying our food, drink, raffle tickets and of course joining in with all 
of our stalls, inflatables and obviously bustin’ some fab moves with us 
all weekend!! ������
This weekend is nothing without every single one of you. Please give 
yourselves a pat on the back, you’ve helped us run our event for another 
year and we are extremely overwhelmed to have all of your support!
Thank you so so so much- We hope to see you all again next year ������
