Aurora Waves is commencing a ladies COUCH to 5K GROUP here on Stronsay. 
If anyone would like to know more please do message me. We will aim to 
meet a minimum of twice a week, one to two weekdays/evenings and 
Saturday morning. Having run groups from absolute beginners to 
Triathlon/Marathon running clubs we know how important it is to start 
somewhere and the beginning is a very good place to start ��As a group 
we can encourage each other XX Shani
