[Stronsaylimpet] Electricity - prepayment meters, voucher scheme

People on prepayment meters may be missing out on help they need so 
sharing the information here. We are monthly direct debit so admittedly 
have not kept up to date with how prepayment meters get help over the 
winter. However I didn't know they had receive a voucher and take in to 
the shop when they top up and I suspect many people don't know they 
should get a voucher and are so inundated with spam calls, txts and 
emails so don't believe the real one when it comes through, hence the 
low uptake nationwide. Please spread the word.
