I use Royal Mail to ship my orders like many online sellers.
Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes - which were most of last week and 
most of this week - are delaying orders getting to their destinations.  
I would just like to offer some reassurance that you will receive your 
parcels, although there may be longer to wait for them arriving than usual.
