[Stronsaylimpet] Flood alert for Orkney

Heads up, SEPA has a flood alert in place for Orkney, for heavy rains 
between midday and 11pm tonight.
The main impact we could see is increased surface water on our roads.
So please, remember to drive to conditions, and remember that surface 
water can very quickly build up and it could also be an issue for 
motorists several hours after the last downpour.
