[Stronsaylimpet] Unannounced visitor? Neighbourhood watch!

Does anyone know who this is? Not expecting anyone.

They are in a dark blue BMW SUV type car and were captured on the CCTV 
walking on Ellerslie this morning between 09:52 AM and 10:05 AM.

They entered with a folder returned to the car to get a  camera. Both 
times with their hood up. Maybe a tape measure on the belt? Black 
trousers and shoes. Brown hooded jacket. Slim build. Male.

Maybe someone does know who they are and can they please ask this person 
to get in touch on the number below.

Yes, we do have a working and clearly visible doorbell out front!
