Hi folks, we may have been temporarily removed from the Met Office 
yellow weather warning for snow and ice, but indications are that Orkney 
will be back in the zone come the weekend, along with much of the rest 
of the north of Scotland. ❄️
Our advice remains the same given how road temperatures can remain 
stubbornly low this time of the year so please continue to drive with 
care, be properly prepared, and park considerately so we can carry out 
gritting operations as required.
We are certainly in the midst of a very chilly spell so please wrap up 
warm if out and about, and it would be great if those of you who are 
able could check in on any vulnerable folk in your lives.
